Transcripts

Graduates of OCS:

Email Mrs. Cindy Lafleur, School Counselor at lafleurc@ocsvikings.com or call (337) 942-5404 ext. 108 and leave the following information on voicemail:

• Full name (at time of attendance)
• Date of birth
• Year of graduation

If an OFFICIAL transcript is requested, the document must be sent directly to the institution for which it is intended.

If an UNOFFICIAL transcript is requested, the document may be picked up at OCS with an advanced notice given to the Counselor's Office, containing the same information noted above. If you would like the document mailed to you, please indicate this information along with your current address when making the request.

Current OCS Seniors:

Any Louisiana college will have access to your transcript via the Student Transcript System. Contact our office if the school reports any problems in obtaining your transcript. 

Out-of-state colleges will require a hard copy from our office. Students will have to request this from the Counselor's Office.

There is no fee for transcripts.
