Student Apostolic Hours and Family Ministry

• Each family at Opelousas Catholic is required to do 20 Hours of family ministry. 
• The family is responsible to pay for hours not completed, valued at $25/hour. Grades will be held until all monies owed to the school have been collected. 
• Eligible tasks are those that either make or save money for the school.
• Hours for senior parents are due mid-March. 
• Hours for all other parents are due Mid-April.

How to acquire family ministry hours?

1. Make a copy of your Family ministry hours form before turning in to the office.
2.  Look over the school calendar and emails for volunteer opportunities.
