Publications

The Advancement Director composes four newsletters during the year.  A Fall and Spring newsletter is mailed to current OCS families.  A Winter and Summer newsletter (entitled “The SAGA”) is mailed to alumni, grandparents, parents and friends on the school database.  The winter and summer issues contain photos along with text and is focused on alumni issues along with standard school news. The Advancement Director also creates the Angel Appeal brochure, the “Alumni Wave” flyer for Homecoming activities, and a two-sided publication for our five owner church parish bulletins.
