Opelousas Catholic is seeking curriculum coordinators for the 2023-2024 school year:
● ELA/Social Studies
● Elementary STEM
● Grades 5-12 ELA/Social Studies
● Grades 5-12 STEM
Positions require that the candidate be certified in ELA or Social Studies or Math or Science and
are full-time teaching positions in addition to coordinator duties. Salary is based on experience
with a stipend and teaching hour for the coordinator duties. Coordinators will attend all diocesan
curriculum meetings and report to the principal and/or assistant principal. Regular meetings with
teachers in the specified area are required during the school day and the coordinators will also
observe and counsel teachers, while maintaining curriculum records and monitoring grades and
instruction.
